  • To confirm your participation you need to transfer the full amount or a deposit of 150 Euro

 

  • Only send your payment after confirmation of the application when you have received a confirmation email telling you to send your payment

 

  • Note that the participation fee and the deposit are considered non-refundable for whatever reason

The fee does NOT include:

 

  • Travel costs to reach or to leave Kalamata from your country or town (for cheap travel options check out how to get to Kalamata)

  • Transportation to/from the airport to Kalamata. In case you need, we can arrange a shuttle bus from/to airport on your charge. Please, book in advance to reach our venue faster and more comfortably.

  • Visa related costs.

  • Medical and accident insurance costs  

  • Costs for extra days.

What is included in the participation fee?

 

Your fee includes:

  • Accommodation in youth hostel (rooms for two, three or maximum four),

  • Full board (as in the programme),

  • Excursions in private bus

  • Entry fees to parties (as in the programme)

  • Cultural activities

  • All day support!

 The participation fee:

 

  • If you apply until the end of April and pay the deposit, the fee is 250 Euros. Suggest a friend and pay only 230 euros

 

  • For the people who apply and pay the deposit after the end of April, the fee is 300 Euros but still you can get the 250 euros fee if you bring a friend!

 

Deposit is necessary to confirm your place!

 

The date of the deposit is indicating the final cost according to the dates reffered above!
